Maggie experienced a deeply unstable childhood, with parents struggling with trauma, addiction, and conflict. These early experiences created a pattern of fear, emotional suppression, and a belief that she was doing something wrong.

Through regression, key moments emerge — including witnessing her parents fighting and caring for her mother during extreme intoxication — where feelings of fear, helplessness, and self-blame were formed.

With the support of her spirit guide, Maggie is able to reframe these experiences, release emotional suppression, and recognise that she was never at fault.

So this year is going fast and I'm excited today to bring you an episode, which is going back to a. Age regression and then episode 11 will be a past life regression.

[00:01:32] But you'll be meeting this week. Maggie. Maggie Luna is the name that she goes by in the spiritual circles and she, well, her real name is Megan. She's going to be experiencing a regression today. After I contacted her to see if she'd like to be involved in the podcast. Now I was on Maggie's podcast chasing Spirituality.

[00:01:57] You may have heard the episode, and if you haven't had the chance to listen to the episode, you can go to my website and you click on the in the media and there's the link to the actual episode. Or you can go straight onto your favorite podcast player and find chasing spirituality. So Maggie. Has a very deeply traumatic past with two parents who had great struggles with trauma in their own lives, who had a toxic relationship between them, um, who were both alcoholics and who died, uh, before.

[00:02:40] Maggie was really old enough to lose her parents, so she has a childhood which has influenced her adulthood, and she's basically felt as though she's always been interested in spirituality, in connecting with her spiritual team, her spiritual guides, but she's always been really afraid to. She's had a lot of insecurities, a lot of fears, and a lot of doubts about herself, and she's been really wanting to find a way to clear this trauma, clear limiting beliefs, and really get past this real sense of, um, depression and spiritual depression that she was experiencing before contacting me.

[00:03:28] And, uh. Experiencing these regression sessions. So she has a beautiful range of, uh, products on her website, which are very spiritual. She know she have, she creates these amazing products that you can, um, go and learn about, which use intention. They use crystals and they use herbs and all sorts of beauty, beautiful things to create.

[00:03:52] Um. Sprays that, uh, actually make you feel beautiful. So there's intention oils, bath salts, and baths bombs, and they're just absolutely gorgeous. So there's the enlightened beard, intentional oil, the uh, abundance beard oil, for example. So it's not just. It's not just for females, it's for males as well. She has a happy blend, bath bomb and um, uh, a manifest intention oil.

[00:04:23] If you go and have a look at her website, she actually is very, very, um, connected when she creates these products. And so the energy and the vibration of these gorgeous products is really high. But when it came to. Connecting with the spiritual guides that were helping her make these products and actually using that as an healing intention and getting guidance from them about her business and, and her life, and feeling whole and, and beautiful.

[00:04:52] Again, she was not able to access that wisdom. And so we talked for about a, I think it was over an hour, an hour and a half before we pressed record on this session about just about everything in her life so that we could really get the spirit team listening to everything that she had to say and all of her heart's desires so that when we could, um, guide the.

[00:05:15] The team to come and take us into the appropriate moments in her mind from this life that they could really find the most critical. Uh. Limiting beliefs and self-doubts to heal and to clear and to help her connect to her spirit guides and her spirit team. So our intention for this session was literally to let the spirit team decide what was the most important for Maggie in terms of clearing some of that trauma from her childhood and.

[00:05:46] Clearing these insecurities, uh, these fears, these doubts, and allowing her to step more into her true spiritual connection and her spiritual role in this lifetime. And I'm really excited to let you know that, um, apart from having this amazing podcast, chasing spirituality, Maggie's also started to learn.

[00:08:01] Now you can invite your spirit guide. Send that request. Now, even though you may not know them by name, by saying inside your mind. I ask my spirit guide to come and help me. Now

[00:08:19] you might sense or hear your spirit guide. Tell me if they come, when they come or what you sense.

[00:08:34] They may appear as a form a being or a mass of colored energy.

[00:08:47] Even if you can't see them, you will know that they are there by their energetic presence.

[00:08:59] You can feel the energy. Okay. Can you ask your spirit guide for their name if you can?

[00:09:13] It doesn't, sorry. 

[00:09:16] Megan: Welcome 

[00:09:18] Katische Haberfield: David.

[00:09:22] Okay. Thank you Spirit guide for coming to the session today. We are going to set an intention so that your spirit guide can hear. I want you to either say out loud or repeat in your mind. I ask my spirit guide to help me access causative events in a past life or in my current life. I ask this 'cause I'm ready to resolve my present issues.

[00:09:53] I ask my spirit guide to help me access causative events in a past life or in my current life. I ask because I'm ready to resolve my present issues. So first, we are going to look at a positive resource for you. We're going to go back to a time with the assistance of your spirit guide to this life when you felt a peaceful confidence.

[00:10:20] This is a resourceful state that you can reconnect with. I'll count three down to zero, and at zero you'll be able to recall or imagine any moment of peaceful confidence days, years, or decades ago. Drifting back with three. A moment of peaceful confidence coming up with two, coming into focus with one, and ready to step into the scene with one and feel the feeling with zero now.

[00:10:58] Be there in that moment of peaceful confidence. Are you inside or outside? 

[00:11:08] Megan: Outside. 

[00:11:09] Katische Haberfield: Outside. What are you doing? 

[00:11:12] Megan: I'm playing. Playing on a swing. On a swing. 

[00:11:18] Katische Haberfield: You're on a swing? 

[00:11:21] Megan: Yes. 

[00:11:22] Katische Haberfield: And how do you feel 

[00:11:25] Megan: Happy.

[00:11:29] Katische Haberfield: What do you see or hear or know?

[00:11:36] Megan: There's lots of trees. It, it looks like a house I used to play at when I was a kid. 

[00:11:48] Katische Haberfield: Okay. 

[00:11:50] Megan: And I can feel my dad there. 

[00:11:53] Katische Haberfield: Okay. Where in your body do you feel that happy feeling?

[00:12:03] In your heart, okay, beautiful. Let that feeling grow. So a peaceful confidence fills your whole being.

[00:12:21] Now that this peaceful confidence fills your whole being, you can let this feeling of peaceful confidence move into the background. This feeling has your back while we deal with past issues. So now with your spirit guide with you, we can go back to a causative event creating a negative effect. It can be a specific moment in this life that is months, years, or decades ago, and has everything to do with the core issues that you raised today.

[00:12:53] If you're ever uncomfortable with any experience, simply float above it and watch it from the distance. Allow any memory to arise as we go backwards with three, returning to the significant time back two, a causative event of your main issue in this life. So one, just let that specific moment come up and into focus zero.

[00:13:20] Now, in that moment, are you inside or outside? 

[00:13:27] Megan: Inside. 

[00:13:28] Katische Haberfield: Inside. How old are you? 

[00:13:33] Megan: Four. 

[00:13:34] Katische Haberfield: Four. What's happening? 

[00:13:40] Megan: My parents are fighting. 

[00:13:42] Katische Haberfield: Okay.

[00:13:47] What are you feeling? 

[00:13:50] Megan: Afraid.

[00:13:57] Katische Haberfield: Fighting about

[00:14:05] Megan: Angry. 

[00:14:06] Katische Haberfield: Angry. Are they angry at you or each other?

[00:14:22] Do you understand that the fight is just about them and not you? 

[00:14:26] Megan: I'm afraid they're gonna get angry at me. 

[00:14:29] Katische Haberfield: You're afraid that they're gonna get angry at you.

[00:14:37] Okay. What do you know now about this moment with great hindsight that your spirit guide. Can, you can infuse you with a higher wisdom about this situation right now that you didn't know when you were four years old.

[00:14:59] Megan: It wasn't my.

[00:15:24] Katische Haberfield: Are 

[00:15:27] Megan: being protected. 

[00:15:28] Katische Haberfield: You're being protected. 

[00:15:30] Megan: Yes. 

[00:15:31] Katische Haberfield: How are you seeing how you're being, how is it that you're being protected? Is it a an energy or is it that your spirit guide was there with you at the time? 

[00:15:40] Megan: My spirit guide was holding me. 

[00:15:42] Katische Haberfield: Your spirit guide was holding you. Isn't that a beautiful knowledge to have?

[00:15:46] Megan: Yes. 

[00:15:47] Katische Haberfield: Yeah. Your spirit guide has always been there for you.

[00:15:58] What was the purpose of you witnessing the situation of that anger between your parents? What did your soul need to know at that time?

[00:16:19] Megan: That it's okay to be afraid. 

[00:16:23] Katische Haberfield: It's okay to be afraid.

[00:16:31] Megan: I have to feel it and not hide from it. 

[00:16:37] Katische Haberfield: Okay.

[00:16:44] What else?

[00:16:55] Megan: Let myself feel all of my emotions instead, hide.

[00:17:32] Katische Haberfield: And does your spirit guide want to give you a sign or a feeling or grab your hand now or something that you can take back into your daily? Life so that when you are feeling in the future your emotions and you're allowing yourself to release the emotions that you can signal that you wish for their assistance, is there something that they would like to give you as a sign 

[00:17:55] Megan: blue, light 

[00:17:57] Katische Haberfield: blue light.

[00:18:12] Is there a next significant emotion in your current life that the Spirit Guide would like to show you?

[00:18:27] You'll either get a distinct feeling of yes, or if it's a, if you don't get any feeling. You won't be transported to another current life situation. So is it a distinct yes or a not getting anything?

[00:18:45] Megan: I think it's a yes. 

[00:18:47] Katische Haberfield: Yes. Okay. All right. So then let's, um, drift back with three.

[00:18:59] Simply go backwards with two. Let a specific moment come up into focus now with one and zero. Be there. Show us this next causative event in your current life.

[00:19:20] Megan: My mom is very drunk. And she can't walk. 

[00:19:30] Katische Haberfield: Yep.

[00:19:35] And where are you? Are you inside with her or outside? 

[00:19:38] Megan: I'm inside. 

[00:19:40] Katische Haberfield: Okay. So daytime or nighttime? 

[00:19:45] Megan: Nighttime.

[00:19:50] Katische Haberfield: And how does it make you feel to see your mother so drunk that she can't walk?

[00:19:57] Megan: I feel good and hopeless, helpless.

[00:20:11] Katische Haberfield: And what happens?

[00:20:15] Megan: I call 9 1 1.

[00:20:22] She's. I called 9 1 1. 

[00:20:28] Katische Haberfield: Okay,

[00:20:34] and how does she display her anger?

[00:20:40] Megan: She yells at me.

[00:20:47] Katische Haberfield: And what happens when she yells at you?

[00:20:55] Megan: It makes me sad because I feel like I do everything wrong.

[00:21:09] I feel like I can't win.

[00:21:15] Katische Haberfield: So you're feeling more frustrated or sad or angry? 

[00:21:20] Megan: I feel angry at myself.

[00:21:32] Katische Haberfield: Is there any sadness that you need to let out?

[00:21:38] Megan: Yes. 

[00:21:40] Katische Haberfield: Okay. It's safe for you to let that sadness out.

[00:21:55] It's safe for you to express emotion.

[00:22:04] Your spirit guide is with you, so expressing your emotion will not harm you or hurt you in any way. It will cause a. A release of emotion, which is very beneficial for your body.

[00:22:34] What do you need to learn from this situation as a grownup now?

[00:22:45] Megan: I can only tell what

[00:22:54] and how the isn't. 

[00:23:00] Katische Haberfield: Okay.

[00:23:09] Can you reframe and see that you were being the responsible person in this situation?

[00:23:17] Megan: Yes. 

[00:23:18] Katische Haberfield: Yes. You can see how you've always been responsible no matter what age you've been. Yes. That your mother was acting like the child in this situation. 

[00:23:30] Megan: Yes. Mm-hmm.

[00:23:36] Katische Haberfield: So you can understand now. That you have not done anything wrong, that you were doing exactly what an adult would do, who was responsible in this situation, that you al always do the correct thing,

[00:23:59] that you are wise and calm enough to act in an emergency situation.

[00:24:09] Okay. Is there anything else that the Your Spirit Guide would like you to see or know from this situation to help you feel as though any limiting blocks from this scene and now removed

[00:24:32] Megan: they removed? 

[00:24:34] Katische Haberfield: Okay, perfect. Okay. Now, um, would your spirit guide like you to see anything else or sometimes the issues and blockages, um, the reason why you had this scene occur in your current life? Sometimes they have a cause that is also linked to a past life. Sometimes the feelings and the issues that we've faced in this life can be the bridge that take you to a past life course and that can heal present life issues.

[00:25:07] Would your spirit guide like you to access a past life to heal the issues associated with either of these scenes that we've seen today?

[00:25:20] Megan: Yeah. 

[00:25:21] Katische Haberfield: Okay, so now I want you to imagine that you are back in your place of nature. I want you to drift away, move up and back to your beautiful garden Once again, let that beautiful feeling of relaxation and calm confidence. Fill your heart. Look at the flowers again. Notice how beautiful they are. Notice how they relax.

[00:25:53] You notice the beautiful aromas that are wafting up into your nose right now. Feel the joy that nature brings to your heart. Feel the reconnection back to the land

[00:26:14] now in your place in nature. I want you to imagine that there's a large sculpture, and when you look closer at that sculpture, you realize that it's actually a beautiful mirror.

[00:26:30] This mirror has the power to show you information about your soul's journey. Take a look at your mirror or know or feel how your mirror would be described to somebody who did not have eyes and let me know, does the mirror have straight lines or curves?

[00:26:49] Straight. What color is your mirror's frame? 

[00:26:54] Megan: Gray. 

[00:26:55] Katische Haberfield: Beautiful. All right. I want you to imagine your present day face reflected in the mirror,

[00:27:05] and then I want you to imagine your face 10 years ago as if you were looking at a photo of yourself reflected in the mirror.

[00:27:14] Recall your hair and clothes.

[00:27:20] Now I want you to imagine your face from when you were 10 years old, reflected in the mirror.

[00:27:28] Recall your hair and clothes from when you were 10 years old.

[00:27:37] Now that mirror can act like a screen.

[00:27:42] You can play a scene that is your earliest memory. Maybe you're five years old, maybe you're 10 months old. Where are you?

[00:27:57] Megan: I'm in a crib. 

[00:27:58] Katische Haberfield: In a crib. Okay. Let the scene play out. Let me know what is happening.

[00:28:14] Megan: I am sleeping. 

[00:28:16] Katische Haberfield: Mm-hmm.

[00:28:31] Sleeping peacefully.

[00:28:35] Megan: Beautiful. 

[00:28:38] Katische Haberfield: Okay, so count backwards from five down to zero. We are going to take that memory, the earliest memory that you have, and we're going to allow a past life face to appear in the mirror with five, imagining that face, four getting clearer. Three that face acting out in a past life scene with two coming up and being there with one, and now you are back in that lifetime.

[00:29:24] Let's look at your very first impression. Is it a face or a scene?

[00:29:36] Megan: I'm a man. 

[00:29:38] Katische Haberfield: Mm-hmm. 

[00:29:39] Megan: A Native American man. 

[00:29:42] Katische Haberfield: Okay. Are you inside or outside? 

[00:29:48] Megan: Outside. 

[00:29:50] Katische Haberfield: Outside. Uh, can you describe the scenery around you? I.

[00:30:00] Megan: There's dirt and grass beneath my feet. 

[00:30:05] Katische Haberfield: Mm-hmm. 

[00:30:07] Megan: And there's small tents

[00:30:17] around in scattered places.

[00:30:31] Katische Haberfield: And, um, is there anybody else around you?

[00:30:41] Megan: Mm-hmm.

[00:30:46] Katische Haberfield: Do you have a sense of the, um, timeframe that we're talking about, the year, the decade, the century? Let any numbers that appear in your mind just come to the forefront no matter how silly they seem. 

[00:31:03] Megan: 1400.

[00:31:08] Katische Haberfield: Okay. And, um, can you get a sense or a knowing about if there's anything on your feet?

[00:31:19] Megan: Markins. Okay. Tall.

[00:31:27] Katische Haberfield: What about what you're wearing?

[00:31:34] Megan: I have some kind of fur

[00:31:39] around my shoulders. 

[00:31:40] Katische Haberfield: Mm-hmm.

[00:31:47] Megan: I have nothing on my legs.

[00:32:22] Katische Haberfield: Sorry. 

[00:32:23] Megan: It's heavy. 

[00:32:24] Katische Haberfield: Okay.

[00:32:28] Can you put your hands up onto your head to touch it?

[00:32:36] Megan: I think it's a wall. 

[00:32:40] Katische Haberfield: Okay.

[00:32:46] And, um, do you have any sense of your age?

[00:32:55] Megan: 30. 

[00:32:57] Katische Haberfield: Mm-hmm. And how about any sense of a name?

[00:33:09] Megan: Red.

[00:33:20] Katische Haberfield: Anything else?

[00:33:26] Mm-hmm.

[00:33:42] Okay, so you've done wonderfully. Um, what we've done today is we have actually achieved a lot today. In this session, you have been able to send and set an intention to access a past life and to resolve present life issues. You have connected with your spirit guide. You've experienced a hypnotic state so you can go quicker and deeper next time.

[00:34:19] You've done an age regression to time of peaceful confidence in this life, and you have seen the face of red wolf. So in the next session, we can come back quickly and easily to this moment in time. Right now where we are about to leave off, you've done amazingly. You have set an intention to access this life to resolve present life issues.

[00:34:49] Your subconscious mind will prepare to continue to do this efficiently, effectively in the next session. We thank your higher self. And your spirit guide for the help they've given us today and we'll continue to give you in the time between now and the next session. We thank your spirit guide for making contact today for showing you how you are always protected and that he has there always.

[00:35:19] We thank him for showing you that you can let yourself feel emotion. Rather than stuff it down because you are scared, we have allowed yourself to know that it's okay to be afraid and to feel it and not hide from it. You have also learned that other people's emotions are not your fault and that you're always responsible and act in a responsible way.

[00:35:53] There's no need to be angry with yourself because of other people's emotions. We know also that at any time you can ask for spiritual guidance by looking for a blue light. And if you ever feel that you need emotional reassurance, you can look for that blue light and your spirit guide will be with you in a very short period of time.

[00:36:22] So you've done amazingly well for this session, and we will come back to this scene in our next session because we like to honor time. In a moment, I'll count you up to five, and at five you'll come fully back into the moment. Feeling good. So coming up with one aware of your body with two into this time and place with three.

[00:36:52] Four. Moving your fingers and toes with five. Feeling good, eyes open, refreshed and alert. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. Feeling good.

[00:37:25] Okay. Welcome back.

[00:37:29] How are you Feeling?

[00:37:34] Megan: Pretty good. Yeah. 

[00:37:37] Katische Haberfield: You did amazing. For someone who hasn't done. Hypnosis or past life regression before you achieved two current life moments and one glimpse into a past life. So well done. You and Yeah. And you connected with your spirit guide. So we ticked a lot of boxes already before we've done anything.

[00:38:03] Megan: Yeah, we did. 

[00:38:04] Katische Haberfield: So does that feel reassuring for you? 

[00:38:07] Megan: Yeah. Yeah, it does. 

[00:38:09] Katische Haberfield: Yeah. So, um, is there anything you would like to tell me or talk about from that experience?

[00:38:20] Megan: Um,

[00:38:28] um, the main feelings I, I was getting from the guide, um. Um, presence. 

[00:38:38] Katische Haberfield: Mm-hmm. 

[00:38:38] Megan: Um, he was just really wanting me to know how that he was always present. 

[00:38:44] Katische Haberfield: Yep. Which is great because, you know, the first thing you said to me and you wrote on that form was that you hadn't connected. You wanted to know more, you wanted to be closer, you wanted to feel that presence.

[00:38:54] And so you got that, you achieved that. 

[00:38:55] Megan: Mm-hmm. Yeah. That was, um, that was definitely the main feeling. That he was pushing and that, um, I wasn't, I didn't feel the love that I felt I needed, um, as a child, but that I had it from him. 

[00:39:19] Mm-hmm. 

[00:39:20] And that, that's a lot of reasons why I don't, I guess, feel negative things about my childhood.

[00:39:32] Because I got moments of feeling that love from spirits. 

[00:39:37] Katische Haberfield: Okay, beautiful.

[00:40:07] Thank you, Maggie, for your incredible vulnerability and your willingness to share this episode with us. Either as a bullet point list or a diagram where time permits, and then you would call this potentially a blueprint or an action print or a list of actions, and then it's up to you to decide what to do next.

Actions to connect with a specific practitioner who I have on my recommended list, and they may be A-Q-H-H-T practitioner, a passa regression therapist, a clinical hypnotherapist, a light language practitioner, a healer, like a Reiki healer, or a dragon healer.

[00:47:26] It could be a course or a book, it could be anything. It depends upon you and your circumstances. So as you know from listening to this podcast. Through the last many seasons. I am no longer a healer or a practitioner. I simply provide channeling services. It's the way that my soul has decided to evolve in this incarnation, and I'm on board with it.

[00:47:52] So those of you who are wondering, why can't I do spirit releasement therapy with her anymore? Or why can't I do past life regression therapy? Or why won't she do ghost consultations? Then simply, you need to book a private session because. If you are wondering about that, then there's probably a lot of complex things at play that I was previously not allowed to disclose due to the clinical requirements of my practice.
