Hi, welcome to the Infinite Life Podcast with Katische Haberfield. I am Diane Bovalino and I am a Reiki master and yogi with Lotus Soul Healing Arts and I have been asked to be part of the Healer's Path on Infinite Life. It is Season 8, and I am so excited to be here, and when Katische asked me if I would like to join the Healer's Path, I have to be honest with you, I had no idea what I was getting into. I just jumped right in. I met Katische, writing a chapter. in the, book Entangled No More, as she also wrote a chapter in that book. As I am a healer, I thought, hey, why not? And, , I've never done work like this at all. She asked me if I'd like to also jump on the podcast and introduce each session that I did with her. So this is the introduction to the first session and this is the present. So she took me back in the hypnotic state and into the Akash of my present life. So I'm going to give you an introduction on that and then session two will be where she took me back in past my past life and then the third session will be we went forward into my future life and as a healer she explained to me that ultimately The goal would be where were there blocks or where have there been blocks that may have been limiting beliefs that we could fix in order to improve to become even a better healer. And who wouldn't want that? So I want to give you a little introduction about, This one, so this would be where she took me back into my present life, and this was my first time ever doing anything like this, so this is my first time ever going into one the Akashic Records, and also my first time ever being hypnotized, and Katische just amazing working with her just amazing. She just basically walked me through everything perfectly and everything. I felt so safe and just, I just cannot speak so highly of her. And I just, I just love her. So when I first went up into the Akashic Records, who was there I won't, I'm not going to give everything away because I know I want you guys to enjoy this, enjoy listening to the session, but there was a family friend that when I was really young was there and it was just so beautiful because I always find her so beautiful and this is a friend who just, to be clear, who is no longer in our world today, so she's on the other side. And it just made me feel so safe, and she was the first person, there was a couple people there from the other side, but she was the first person to come forward. And it was just so beautiful, and so warm, and made me feel so safe, and just talking about it right now is going to make me cry and just so touching, i, I just wanted to mention that and actually, it actually ties into what she passed off ties into something that later on you'll see really affected me. So that's what happened when I first got up into the Akashic Records and then what Katische did was really was bringing forward in my present life especially when I was a child, what. What what happened that was positive that showed signs where I was already a natural healer. So some beautiful experiences came forward. So you guys will see them and also a beautiful experience of me. I remember playing with a very close friend of, mine when I was younger. And then what? What then we went forward to is what could be a negative impact that could be that may need to be healed in regards to holding me back as my full power as a healer. And it's just amazing. I'm not gonna come out and say it because I really want you to enjoy this session fully, you watching it. What really is amazing is what I have hid for a long time in my present life here in my subconscious. And what's amazing is how I hid it back there. And it is something that fuels me in the work I do today. And it's something that fuels me. My, my business and is my passion as a healer, but yet you'll see how it has impacted me and I hide it in my subconscious also as a healer. So also it's upsetting when it comes forward and of course it's been hidden back there. And Katische does such a beautiful job keeping me feeling safe and, and also yet looking at that and then also helps me dig through why do I feel like it's my fault that this has happened? And then what's the most important thing helping me reframe that it's not my fault. I did recently it's, been months and months since, since I did this work with her. And of course, I looked at this today, the tape to get myself ready to speak. A beautiful introduction to everyone here today. And what was amazing is that it was tough to look at today and I still forgot about a little bit of it because it's still hard to look at. So I continue to move forward. I continue to work on how that is not my fault. And it's important as a healer that I continue to heal myself and do my work so I can. Continue to be a strong healer for all my clients out there. I really hope, I really know you'll enjoy the session and may you find information in there that will help you on your healing path. slowing down deeper with every breath. Heartbeat and number now with zero. And I want you to give permission to your imagination. Don't try to analyze if you are in hypnosis or not. You can be in hypnosis and not know that you are in a hypnotic state. So I want you to imagine, visualize, or feel a staircase with 10 steps that you can take you down to a door into a safe, comfortable white room where you can access all your memories. And experience this from this and other lifetimes. Notice the color and the texture of your staircase. So start going down the staircase. Imagine and feel your feet stepping down now. Going down deeper. Down with each step. Deeper down with each breath. With 10, 9, 8, 7. Slow down, deepen. Your subconscious, five, doesn't mind, four, getting to the bottom, three, ready to step in, two. Your white room with one now be there. So at the bottom of the stairs, now reach out to open the door and find a white room with a comfortable chair, allow it to be decorated. However you like, however, your imagination fancies it and step inside and settle back into that comfortable chair that is waiting for you. I want you to imagine in front of you, there is a cinema screen. With a relaxing scene, like a beach, a lake, a garden, or a favorite place in nature. Just focus on the instructions I'm giving you and let your inner experience flow. So you act as a witness, simply watching your stream of consciousness. Whatever or think is the right thing. Now in a moment, Diane, you can recall or imagine a time in your past when you felt good in or around. It could be any moment from months, years, or decades ago. It could be a swim in an ocean, a river, or a lake, or on a recent. Or a childhood holiday. It could even be a shower or bath just a few days ago. Let one specific moment, a memory of being good in or around water come up now. Just choose one memory and let that one memory be the right memory. I want you to know that you can focus in as though you were focusing a camera or a pair of binoculars. And Diane, I wonder. Is that place outdoors in nature or indoors in a home? Let me know. Outdoors in nature. Outdoors. Okay. Now I want you to imagine you can put either your finger or your toe into the water. And I want you to check the temperature for me. Is it warm water or cool water? Warm water. Okay. And I want you to imagine that you can step into the water. Now I want you to look around to see at this moment in time what you saw and listen to what you heard. Notice that you can move the camera of your mind around to take in all of the scenery. And what I want you to focus on is the feeling of the water on your skin. Notice how it makes you feel inside. Is the feeling of freedom like being engulfed and floating on the ocean? Or is it a cleansing feeling like having a shower or bath? Which one is it? Cleansing. Cleansing. Beautiful. All right. Now I want you to notice how you experience the recall. Is it like a photograph or a movie? A movie. A movie. Beautiful. Notice that you have your own imaginary fast forward and rewind button. And I want you to notice how you can choose to play it forward and go deeper into the scene. Now I want you to imagine you can let this sensation of cleansing water soak and saturate through you. Continue to find ways that you can recall and relive this cleansing feeling more and more vividly in ways best for you. And whilst you do that, we can observe what may be implied in this moment at a deeper level because we think of ourselves as solid, Yet the human body is really 60 percent water. We think of this as planet Earth, yet the surface is really 70 percent ocean. We think of ourselves as our conscious mind, yet our subconscious mind is really the majority. Now you can tune into the subconscious realities of your being. You can experience mental relaxation at a subconscious level, and you can access long term memory stored into your subconscious mind. In a moment you will recall or imagine a moment early in your childhood with one of your first friends. You may not have thought about this person for some time but now you can recall a first or early childhood friend. Let that one specific moment with one specific friend come up in your memory now. Choose just one moment and one friend. Let that one moment be the right one and bring it into focus. Step into the memory. Now let me know, Diane, is that friend a boy or a girl? A girl. Okay, and about how old are you both in that childhood moment? First grade. Say that again, sorry? First grade. First grade, okay. Now step into the scene and look around to see what you saw and listen to what you heard. Notice the feeling within. What are you actually doing in the scene? What do you remember? Swinging on the swing in the backyard. Okay, now I want you to focus in on the face of your friend. I notice how they smile. I want you to hear their voice or laughter and feel the sense of connection and friendship between you. Let this childlike energy or laughing, joyful or prayful friendliness soak and saturate through you. Your subconscious mind can remind you of old friends and positive inner resources. Now you are connecting with your own subconscious and your subconscious mind can be a good friend to you. You can set an intention. You can repeat inside your mind to yourself. I ask my subconscious mind to help me access events from this life that can help me as a healer. So I'll say that again for you to repeat inside your mind. I ask my subconscious mind. I ask my subconscious mind. To help me access moments. To help me access moments. That can help me as a healer. You have the inner resources you need to be a healer. Your subconscious mind can give you examples of these abilities from times in your past as Diane. Search through your personal history for a time and place in the past, a specific moment in this life of reconnecting with healing abilities, an early or first time. of awakening as a healer or recognizing a talent as a healer. This may be like a spiritual experience that would lead you to healing. It could be a moment of inner knowing or inner healing within yourself or even a moment of helping, healing or being inspired to heal others or motivation or simple confidence. This is a resourceful state you can reconnect with. I will count from three down to zero. And at zero, you'll be able to recall or imagine any moment of awakening to or recognizing a talent or a calling as a healer. Drifting back with three to a moment of awakening or recognizing healing abilities. Back to a moment with two, focusing hearing, feeling with one, ready to step into the scene and to feel the feeling with zero, now, be there. First impression, Diane, in that moment, are you inside or outside? Outside. Okay. Is it morning, afternoon, or evening? Okay. And whereabouts are you? In front of the house I lived in. Okay. And what's happening there? There's a, it was a stray cat and the cat was Was sick and yelling. Okay. And what did you do for this cat? Or what happened? What happens in the scene? No, I just know I went and got my mother to and I think we brought it to the vet. I think it was sick though. We couldn't that. Okay. That's all right. But you still had the knowing to do that, right? Yeah. Yeah, okay. What I want you to do is to allow you to take forward this moment and understand If this moment and this realization led to another moment of realizing that you were aware of people suffering and that you had an ability to help them, what are you seeing? Right now I'm seeing being in the hospital or nursing home that my aunt was in. And she was, yeah, she was in there for cancer and just comforting her. Just being there for her and feeling very empathetic towards her and looking at the nurse when she wasn't doing well. Being comfortable in that situation. Okay. All right. And without disturbing your relaxed state of mind, can you just move your hand so that you can move your microphone closer to your mouth for me? That's perfect. Thank you. All right. Now In this moment, how did you, how do you know that you made your aunt feel better in what ways can you give yourself congratulations, you can look into your aunt's eyes and know the impact that you had on her. I just I right now I can see The sense of comfort and feeling that energy. And I can feel now that she actually grabbed my hand At that time. Okay. So I want you to reconnect with the shift in feelings that you created for her and reconnect with the gratitude that she must've felt for you. Reconnect with the feeling of recognition you had inside yourself, that you have healing abilities, that you can provide comfort to those in need. Now, just want you to check in here and see, is there anything? That your aunt would say to you if she could right now from this moment in time. Thanks for being there at that difficult time and not leaving me alone. It was very comforting. Made me feel better. You're very understanding. I was less scared with you there. Lovely. Okay. And what I want you to do now is I want you to play forward to another moment in your life where you now reconnect with a time you helped yourself with self healing. So I want you to bring up that moment. And did you recognize that you were able to learn from the situation that required healing with your aunt and apply that healing to yourself? Were you able to find a memory where you were able to be there for yourself when you felt alone? I just, I can think of doing Reiki on myself. Having migraines. Yep. Okay. And that helped in the migraines. Great. Excellent. So reconnect with the shift in feelings that you created in yourself when you did Reiki on yourself and reconnect with a sense of accomplishment or knowing that you felt in this one example of having a migraine and you applied Reiki and feel that feeling now. Reconnect with the feeling of recognition that you have healing abilities. And how would you summarize in words, pictures and feelings the type of talent or potential you have as a healer? Oh, are you still there? Yeah, I'm still here. I would say that I was able to comfort myself. And put that warmth. Right on my eyes that were aching and I myself know that the, Reiki was working right on myself to provide that healing and to help ease that pain that deliberately knocks me out. Okay, and how would you summarize in words, pictures and feelings the type of talent without censoring yourself? So I'll give yourself permission to be as grand as you want to what is your talent or potential that you have as a healer, words, pictures, and feelings, or even symbols? No, I don't. I see Daisy. Daisy? Okay, that's beautiful. Yes. Daisy? Yeah. So Daisy is light and joyful, right? Yes. Yes. Yeah. You said light. I feel, good about it. Okay. So you've now reconnected with this realization that you feel good about your ability to heal both yourself and others. Okay. And the feeling of awakening and recognizing a talent or a calling as a healer. Let this feeling fill your whole being, soak it and saturate and let it come in so that you can recall this feeling whenever you need to. Now this feeling can move into the background, yet this inspiration, motivation and confidence can come back to your conscious mind more often and have your back as we go through the issues that come with being a healer. Now, we are going to go back to a causative event that seems to have had a negative effect on your journey to become a healer on your healer's path. It can be a specific moment in this life that is months, years, or decades ago. If you're ever uncomfortable with the experience, simply float above and watch it from the distance. This could be related to an initiating Initiation into healing or a healing crisis that is often part of the healer's path, but may have been difficult to manage at the time or difficult to integrate into daily life later, affecting your ability to set an intention and dedication to progress further down the healer's path. Allow any memory. To arise relating to initiation, integration, or intent with three returning to a significant time back to a causative event related to being a healer. So let one specific moment come up and into focus. Now in that moment, are you inside or outside? Inside. Okay. How old are you at this moment? Forty. Forty. Okay. What is happening in this moment? I just came out of the out of having a double mastectomy. Okay. Okay. And what are the words that you're saying to yourself and the thoughts that you're thinking at this moment in time? It's my fault that I got cancer. And I should have caught it earlier. And that I was young just so young to think you know. So I want you to let out any emotion that needs to be released about this judgment on, about yourself, about feeling that it was your fault. Now is the time to release it. Now I want you to realize what's driving these thoughts. Why do you believe it's your fault? Did anybody say it was your fault? Anybody in your life? No. No. Did anybody give you the impression that you were bad or stupid or didn't look after yourself properly? Did anyone imply that it was your fault that you missed an appointment or something like that? No. Perfect. Okay. All right. So what I want to do is ask your inner wise adult. to step in. And now we can look back at this moment in time in the events that led to your double mastectomy and the moments after your double mastectomy. We want your inner wise adult to let us know what we know now. So we can freeze that scene of you in this really challenging situation, bringing in your inner wise adult. And this can give you a calm and clarity to review that scene. So replay the scene from the beginning. With your higher inner wise adult. And I want you to see it as though it's a TV show. And you can pause the scene from before the mastectomy to the double mastectomy to after the double mastectomy at any time to step in so your inner wise adult can tell you anything at all, however small that you need to hear. And I want you to say it out loud for the recording, please, because we need to hear if there are positive words or negative words coming through. It wasn't your fault. You were on top of your mammograms. And since you were, it was caught. So since it was caught we're saved and you had to lose the one breast and you made the choice to remove the other breast so you wouldn't have to go through this again. And you did all the chemo and took all the pills to take care of your health. You can do all your own research or bring that up to the doctor to the point that the one doc oncologist said might be the doctor and you'd be the patient. Even went as far as researching, should have your Aries removed and you had that done. So you clearly have taken care of yourself and here you are. He just told you a year ago, theologist just said he didn't even have to see what he In remission, which hasn't been coming back pretty much now they just. I don't know if I want to say that. Okay. Perfect. And I want you to just look beside you and become aware of an energetic presence that has been and was with you at this moment in time. Which particular energetic being, which angel, which guide was with you the whole time? Jesus. Perfect. Okay. So I want you to know that in even your darkest moments, you are never alone. Okay. All right. And I want you to look into his eyes and take his hand and know what there is to need to know in this moment from Jesus may simply just be a feeling. Yeah, I just hear him saying at the point that I was in poverty in my heart. I had this problem, I just couldn't breathe. I just hear him saying, now I was with you, now you and then. Okay. I know at that point what you've done. Okay, so that's an important realisation to have, that even when you were having difficulty breathing in the recovering room, Jesus was with you there, yeah? So I want you to realise. Once you realize that you were never alone. Okay. Now, what I want you to do is to play it forward to a moment that may have caused a limiting belief that has negatively developed you as a healer. So was there a negative limiting belief that you Despite knowing what we know now from your inner wise being and your guide Jesus, isolate and pinpoint any limiting belief that you may have developed from the experience of having the ovaries removed and a double mastectomy regarding your healing abilities. I just how can you, be a healer? Okay. So how can you be a healer when you can't hear yourself? Yes. Okay. All right. So what I want you to do is to give the you of that moment a hug and give her the reassuring words that you need to hear or give her resources to help her through that moment. And you can remind your younger self that it's okay to have challenging events and emotions. Sometimes so called negative or painful moments can be what we need to grow as a healer. With these sessions, you're on a journey to develop on the healer's path, and we are on a journey to release and heal all these limiting beliefs and emotions about healing ourselves and healing others. You can look forward to further insights as we explore past lives and clear any blocks and any negative beliefs regarding your ability to heal yourself. So is there anything about this experience that if you could rewind and change, you'd like to change? You don't have to change anything at all. It could be perfect. But if it's appropriate to have behaved or thought anything differently, what would you modify? Blaming myself for getting cancer. Okay. All right. So what I want you to do is if there are any excess inappropriate or outdated emotions connected to this belief, you could release some of that now. So breathe in deep, hold it and exhale, feeling yourself releasing outdated emotions and thoughts and inhaling any positive resources. Beautiful. Now I just want simply to invite any angels that may be nearby such as Archangel Raphael to come into this moment in time and offer the green ray of healing. So Diane, if you can see a green light or feel the sensation of healing, just let me know if that is occurring. Give yourself permission to receive angelic healing. Sorry. I can feel it. Beautiful. Okay. So I just want you to just ignore me for a moment and just soak and saturate in the green ray and any other colors that may come to your mind right now and allow this emotional healing to take place. And I'll be quiet and you just need to let me know when that is complete. Okay, perfect. All right. In the next sessions, we will continue to regress next time into past lives to find positive resources that enable you as a healer and to uncover causes for any blocks on the healer's path. But now you can feel great because your mind has agreed and been able to understand subconscious influences on this life that will lead and relate to understand past life influences. After this session today, you'll be able to write and catch your impressions and continue to allow your mind to download teaching lessons from your inner spiritual wisdom. We thank your inner wisdom and Jesus for the help as well as Archangel Raphael and any angels that may have been present in this session and ask that they assist in integrating the memories into your daily life. In the next session, you'll be able to go quicker, easier and deeper into the hypnotic state to access past lives. In a moment, I'll count you up to five and at five, you'll be able to come back fully into the moment feeling good with one, two, three, four, five eyes open, refreshed and aware feeling good. Yeah.
