This week, we have the privilege of reuniting with Katie Carey, a long time guest of the podcast, and she has decided to participate in the happiest moments of her soul. So this session, we visit the first two happy memories of her soul. And if you're listening to this on a the podcast. I really do urge you to come across to YouTube and watch this session because it's just absolutely delightful seeing Katie in the theta state where she's actually completely in, the past life persona right down to the point of the fact that When she is at a banquet, she actually eats the food and you see that in regression. It's unbelievable. I haven't seen that. I've seen Katie sing before, but I have not seen her eat food in a regression and just the joy that's on her face is just, you have to see it. It's just really beautiful. So it's over on YouTube, under my name, Katische Haberfield is the name of my channel. So you can click on the podcast there. I hope you really, really enjoy this session, and it's beautiful to see that this session is recorded just before Katie Carey's birthday, and she's got quite a number of celebrations this year, and you'll see how that fits in, so we wish her, in advance, a very happy birthday. Thanks again, and enjoy the episode. Um, uh, uh,
Katische:The bubble of light is on the surface now. I'm going to count from three to one, and when you reach one, you'll be on the other side of the white bubble, our destination for today. Three, moving through the white light. Two, moving through the white light. One, be on the other side of it now. You are in another place. Look around you. Engage all of your senses. Look with your mind's eye. Feel and know through your energy body. Listen with your spiritual ears. What is your first impression? Yes, fields everywhere. On a castle. Fields. Everywhere on a castle. How wonderful. And do you feel it's morning or evening time of the day? No, morning. Morning. Okay. And do you know if you are male or female? Female. Or do you Female. And what age do you feel you are? 33. 33. And do you know what your name is? Whatever you'd like to be called today? Catherine popped in. Catherine. Hello, Catherine. Catherine. How would you know? Lovely to meet you, Catherine. What are you wearing today, Catherine? A pretty dress on. Pretty dress? Is it a special dress for a special occasion? Yes, we're celebrating. Oh, I like a good celebration. In the castle. In the castle? What kind of celebration are you having? A wedding. A wedding? Yeah. Are you going to the wedding or are you getting married?
Katie:No, I'm going to the wedding.
Katische:You're going to the wedding, lovely.
Katie:And? I love a good, I love a good wedding.
Katische:Oh don't we all? What do you enjoy most about weddings?
Katie:All the beautiful dresses and,
Katische:decor and flowers and, the food and drink afterwards. Lovely. And do you have a particularly special dress on today? Is there something beautiful about it you'd like to tell us about?
Katie:It's a
Katische:new dress just for this
Katie:wedding. And it's, it's really big and beautiful and flowery. With lots of, beautiful colours in it.
Katische:Do you get dresses, new dresses like that often? Only for special occasions. Okay. And do you live in the castle or were you, are you just invited to go to the castle for the wedding? I'm just a visitor. You're a visitor. A guest. A guest. And is it somebody like, who's getting married today? Is it somebody very important? It's my husband's sister. Your husband's sister, okay. My sister in law. Wow. And do you want to tell me some of the details as you walk into the castle and you can pretend you have a video camera and you can tell me what as you walk in to this exciting wedding.
Katie:There are lots of people, lots of, gentry, lots of, it feels very regal. Okay. And it's it almost looks like a, cathedral within the castle. Oh, okay. Yeah. Okay.
Katische:There's lots of laughter and just happy faces everywhere and beautiful background music. There's a harpist. Ooh, I like the harp.
Katie:And singers. There's a choir. Ooh, very nice. Oh, and there's my husband and children over there.
Katische:Okay, how many children do you have? Four. Four, lovely. What else can you tell me about the bride and the groom? Have you seen them yet or are you just still walking in?
Katie:I'm still walking in.
Katische:Sorry. Oh, I can see him. I can't see her. She's not here yet. Oh, okay. And how would you describe him? He's he's charming. Okay. He's, I'm very happy for them. Oh, lovely. And he looks very, nervous. Does he? How would you describe his features? Seeing you've got a good eye for detail. Tall.
Katie:Dark
Katische:hair.
Katie:Big brown eyes. Very slender. And he's got a top hat and tails. Ooh, very stylish. Very. And he's got
Katische:all of his family around him. Lovely. What else do you see now? Lots of happy children and family is trying to get them in their places. Ooh, things are moving quite quickly. I think I need to go and sit down. Okay, you do that and then you can tell me about the happy sounds and when the bride comes in and you can describe it to us. Yeah, there's just some beautiful music playing with an orchestra now. Ooh.
Katie:Everyone's gone quiet. I
Katische:think we're getting ready for the bride's about to come in. Okay, exciting, your sister. Ooh. Is she your baby sister or big sister? No, she's my sister in law. Oh, sister in law, sorry. Is she your Yeah, but she's like a sister to me. Yeah. I feel like she's a sister. Yeah, that's what I was picking up on. Is she younger than your husband? Is she a young bride? Yes,
Katie:she is, yeah. She's coming in now.
Katische:She's coming in with my father in law. He looks very proud.
Katie:Everyone's watching them come in,
Katische:down the aisle. And there's just beautiful music playing. And what kind of a dress is she wearing? A
Katie:big white dress with a huge trail. Okay. It's got a huge veil. A big tiara. She looks beautiful. Yeah. She looks so happy. She's just gone to the front and held his hand. Aww. Aww, I feel like crying.
Katische:You're welcome to let out some tears of happiness, that's okay.
Katie:Thank you.
Katische:Has it been a long process to get this wedding organised?
Katie:It was quite, quite quick.
Katische:I think, there's a reason it was quite quick. I see. Does that make you excited?
Katie:Yeah, although lots of people have been
Katische:gossiping. Oh, have they? Scoundrels. Yeah, terrible. Okay, the ceremony's begun now, okay. What's your favourite part of this? Okay, all right. You can whisper and tell us if there's something that's your favourite part that makes you happy.
Katie:You're exchanging vows. Lots of people are crying now. Oh, are they? Not just me.
Katische:Oh, it's such a, momentous occasion, isn't it? You get a bit teary at weddings.
Katie:Reminded me of my wedding. Is it?
Katische:Did you have a lovely wedding? I did. I did, I'm very lucky.
Katie:My husband's family are
Katische:really wonderful.
Katie:That's nice.
Katische:Will your sister in law become a queen or something like that? Or is she a different member of a family? You know what I mean? Will she become a lady or a prince? Not a princess. No, yeah, she's, a lady. She's a lady. Okay. Long service. Are the king and queen in attendance? Oops.
Katie:Yes, they are. Over there, I can see them over
Katische:there. Have you personally met them yet? Not today, but I have in the past. Okay, lovely. Was that a bit scary? Or was that a happy moment? No, they're quite, approachable. Are they? Oh, that's nice. Yeah. Did you ever? My husband's family are quite close to them. Oh, are they? Oh, so you knew about this royal connection beforehand. So it's not, sorry. It was, all new to me but, my husband's family is very connected. Oh, okay. So it's it, when I joined this family, I didn't come from this kind of a background. Okay. So did you have to learn all your airs and graces? I did. And how have you been going with that? Has it come naturally or did you have to go to department school or something? I've enjoyed it. You've enjoyed it? I've enjoyed it, yes. It's very different to what I was used to. Huh. And what have you enjoyed the most?
Katie:Oh, all of the fanciness. All of the getting dressed up for special
Katische:events. Yeah, huh. Can you see lots of fit? Lots of jewels and, and
Katie:lots of support getting ready for things. Oh, a special occasion and all of these incredible
Katische:banquets. And do you see any beautiful dresses and fancy jewels today? Lots. Lots. Does your sister in law have a special fancy necklace or is her tiara the biggest feature of her dress that you can see from there?
Katie:She's got a big diamond necklace on as well. Ooh,
Katische:only
Katie:the
Katische:best. And are they ready to walk down the aisle now? I think they, are. I think they've just finished. I wonder if she'll give you a little wave or a wink or something as she goes past. Yes, she is. It's beautiful. Now I've got to go outside for the photography. Oh, I guess bosom's out, tummy's in, or something like that. That's it. Oh, I've got to go as well. Okay. That's nice. I need to be in the photographs, apparently.
Katie:Got to gather the children.
Katische:It's such a beautiful day as well. Is it? Oh, the sun's shining so brightly that it's a beautiful day to get married. Do you live somewhere where it can be a bit rainy?
Katie:It's usually always rainy here.
Katische:Is it? And what country do you live in? We're in Wales. You're in Wales? Oh, okay. It's a castle in Wales.
Katie:And, we live in Wales as well, so it is usually, wet.
Katische:That's lovely that the sun's shining. Today it's beautiful.
Katie:Oops, I've got to go and sort those children. Okay.
Katische:I found having them having their clothes dirty from the photos. No. Are you fussing with their hair? I'm just trying to tidy them up a bit.
Katie:Yeah. And gather them all together so we can all get the photo together. So many people. I didn't realise that, there would be so many here today.
Katische:Does your sister in law usually live in Wales or did she have to travel here today?
Katie:Yeah, they all live in Wales as well. So we've we've frequented this castle a few times. Oh, lovely. Her new husband has a huge family. I've never met any of them before.
Katische:They all look very nice.
Katie:They all seem very friendly. That's good.
Katische:Okay, I think it's, we're going back in now. Back into the church or back in where? Back into the castle. Back into the castle? Where the where the celebrations continue. Oh, this could be fun. Are you going to take us along to this or? Do you want to come? If it makes you happy.
Katie:Yeah.
Katische:All right. Tell us. Yep, take us along. You be the narrator and tell us all the exciting things in the castle. What's the castle like? Is it beautiful?
Katie:It is. It is beautiful. It's got like a leaning tower
Katische:On one, side. Okay. I don't actually know the history of that.
Katie:But it stands out quite a bit. Okay.
Katische:Okay, we're just going into, I'm just going to follow the crowd.
Katie:Okay. And I've just got to grab these children because they're straight at the food on the tables. I don't think they're supposed to be there yet.
Katische:Kids are always hungry, aren't they?
Katie:Mine are.
Katische:How old are your children?
Katie:Three, five, six,
Katische:nine. Quite a handful then still.
Katie:A little bit. I have a bit of help. Oh, the tables look beautiful.
Katische:How are they decorated? They're decorated.
Katie:And lots of beautiful blues and pinks, greens, just lots of vibrant, bright colours. There's lots of silver on the tables, candelabras. I don't know, I haven't even eaten anything yet.
Katische:Don't worry about it. Sometimes we can feel a bit nervy in the tummy, even though we don't know why, when we're going to a big celebration and we've got to be on our best behaviour. Yeah, especially when you've got four children that need to be on their best behaviour too. Yes. My husband's disappeared. I think it's down to me today. He's doing all the official things. He's being a good big brother. Do you think he'll have to make a speech?
Katie:Probably. He hasn't actually talked about it. Okay.
Katische:Maybe we've all got to go and be seated at our places now. Okay. I wonder who you'll be sitting with? Somebody you know? My children.
Katie:We take up quite a bit of space between us. The top table
Katische:is just there and we're on a leg coming down from the top table. Oh okay, quite close then. Right close to the top table.
Katie:Mary and the bride is so happy. Okay I think they're coming with the speeches now. Oh we've got to do a toast.
Katische:Okay. So now I've got to monitor the children here. Don't want to drink all over their dresses, do you?
Katie:I don't want them to touch the wrong drink either. Oh, my father in law's doing his speech. He's funny. He's, got a very good sense of humour.
Katische:And now it's, The best man's turn. Do you know him? You met him before? No, I
Katie:don't know
Katische:him. No.
Katie:He's been friends with the groom since they were very young. Oh. And he's got a few funny stories as well.
Katische:Betcha he does.
Katie:There are children in the room though, he needs to be careful. Now it's the groom's turn. Jonathan. Oh, he's very sweet. It's nice to see them so in love.
Katische:Brings back
Katie:distant memories of the early days. Before the children.
Katische:Have you been married a while?
Katie:Oh, we've been married ten years. Okay. It looks like we can all eat now. We're going to be I
Katische:wonder what you'll get for dinner. Or is it lunchtime?
Katie:Is
Katische:it a lunchtime wedding? It's like a wedding breakfast. Ah, okay. I wonder what sort of things they serve at a wedding breakfast.
Katie:Lots of things. They're coming around with their starters now. Okay. Oh, the children don't look very happy about that.
Katische:Is there something strange that they're served?
Katie:Seafood. They're not too keen on seafood.
Katische:Oh, so like prawns or something? It's like a mixture,
Katie:of prawns and prawns and crab sticks and just little bits and pieces of different seafood together.
Katische:Okay.
Katie:They're hungry so they're going to try
Katische:it. Okay, good for them. I suppose most kids like things that are crumbed or fried or something if it's seafood, isn't it? Yeah, this is, it's quite raw. Do you like seafood? I do, I love it. Oh, good. Lucky for you. So can I eat it now? I think so. What's the protocol? What does it look like? Does everybody have to wait for the bride and the groom to eat first? I meant that I can't really speak while I'm eating. Oh, sorry. You just have an you eat away and you can tell us what it tastes like.
Katie:Okay. That's delicious. The children have been a bit silly now. Do
Katische:you have a do you speak in with a Welsh? dialect at all? No, I'm not Welsh. You're not Welsh? That explains it. No,
Katie:Even they, my husband's family some of them are Welsh, but they don't speak with a Welsh dialect.
Katische:Okay. They're not around me. Where are you from? Are you from London or? I'm from England.
Katie:Okay.
Katische:Staffordshire. Oh, okay. I don't really talk
Katie:about
Katische:much, and it wasn't a particularly nice place I was from. Oh, okay. That's all right. My background, isn't quite privileged. But you're here at a royal wedding now, and you're eating. I am, I love it. I love it all. How did the children go with the seafood?
Katie:They're okay. They seem to be enjoying it now.
Katische:And did the king and the queen come to the reception? I can't see
Katie:them here. No. No, I can't see them.
Katische:Monarchs, they have lots of things to do. They might
Katie:Yeah, they probably just did a, special appearance.
Katische:Have they brought around something else to eat now?
Katie:They are. They're bringing out the next course. Oh, they're bringing out lots of big trays and putting them on the centre of the
Katische:tables. Different kinds of meats. Vegetables.
Katie:Oh, it looks delicious.
Katische:You're making me feel hungry. Making, yeah, I'm feeling even more hungry now. I've had the
Katie:starter. Oh, the children look even happier now. Okay, we've got people carving the meat and serving it onto the plates. Okay. In front of
Katische:us. Are the plates like white or are they decorated? They're decorated.
Katie:They're huge white plates and the plates that the meat is on, they're great big oval white serving, really huge plates. The animals look like they're nearly whole, they're so big.
Katische:Oh, but there are quite a lot of people here, so I guess they need a lot of food. I can't remember. Beautiful music playing again in the background. We've got the harpist back in the room. Oh, beautiful. I can't remember. Did you tell me what time of the year it is? Is it like January or? May.
Katie:That's why the weather's quite nice as well. It's nicer this time of year. Oh. You should come and join us. We'll make
Katische:room for you to come and eat. Do you see any other children there? Will your children be allowed to get up and play? Or do they have to sit at the table nicely?
Katie:They have to sit nicely at this part, but I think there's things for the children to do after we've all eaten. There are quite a lot of children here.
Katische:Oh, I think we've got some entertainers over there. I can see some people in strange costumes that look very childlike.
Katie:I'm not sure my children are going to like the clowns.
Katische:Oh, are they painted scarily, or? Some of them don't look, very pleasant. Oh, okay. And when you came to the wedding earlier today, did you come in by foot, or what form of transport did you come in? Oh, a carriage. A carriage? Horse and carriage. Lovely. We all had horses and carriages. And will you go home to your home after the wedding tonight today or are we staying in there's some guest rooms that some of us are staying in and we're staying. Oh nice. We're so
Katie:close to the bride we get to stay.
Katische:Not everyone gets to stay. No.
Katie:Will there be any dancing? Yes, there will. And we've got some, some people to sit with the children later as well so they can go to bed early and we can carry on. Ah,
Katische:Do you want to move forward in time so you can enjoy your dinner and then we can pick up while, when you're dancing or doing something else that brings you happiness at the wedding? Yeah. Okay. Okay. Enjoy your dinner and then let me know when you're ready to connect again.
Katie:Thank you. We're back. Hello. They've cleared all the, where we, were eating, they've cleared all of the hall and
Katische:redecorated it. Redecorated it already? They've changed, they've transformed it into a ballroom. Oh, that sounds fun.
Katie:And now we've got a huge big band again and there's some singers. The children have all gone to bed and now we can relax and the bride and groom are they're ready to do their first. Oh. There's a beautiful band, like an orchestral band.
Katische:Oh, okay. How would you describe the way the bride and groomer dancing? Is it like a waltz or It's no dancing terms?
Katie:Yes. It's like a, it's a slow dance, and the songs that they're playing are like, church music, like hymns. Oh, okay.
Katische:And now we, everyone's been invited to get up and dance as well. Are you going to go and dance? Yes. Go on.
Katie:We've, quickened the beats a bit now, so we're doing set dances, like the big group set dances that you all do. So we're speeding it up a bit. Okay. We've moved along from the hymns to, something a bit quicker. We did all have to practice this. Oh, did you? Yeah. The bride and groom wanted this to be like a bit of a show.
Katische:Oh,
Katie:then we go around the room and we're all changing partners.
Katische:Oh yes, okay.
Katie:This is so exciting, I love this.
Katische:It's not often we get to have this much fun when we're at home with children. I take advantage of it.
Katie:Ah, I'm tired
Katische:now.
Katie:Do you
Katische:want to take a sit down? I think I do need a rest. Maybe a drink or something? It's been a long day. Yes, I think I need a drink.
Katie:I just need a glass of water.
Katische:You enjoy that. You enjoy that. That feels better doesn't it? That's better. Do you think you'll stay much longer at the wedding for the dancing? Or will you go to the rooms? Do you, are you expected? I think, we're ready to go to bed soon. Alright, it's been lovely meeting you. And you. You have a wonderful stay in the castle. Thank you. And then as you pop into bed, we might drift and float away to another moment of happiness.
Katie:Thank you. Bye.
Katische:Feeling deeply asleep and allowing the angels to surround you to take you to another moment in time or in your mind. The angels will allow you to drift and float to find another moment of happiness. That your soul wishes to show you today. Drifting and floating. Drifting and floating. More and more relaxed. Going deeper and deeper into relaxation. Feeling safe and secure. Drifting and floating. Until you are in another moment. And then you can let the angels gently place you in the new moment in your memory. And when you're ready, you can tell us what you can see or are aware of.
Katie:What are you noticing? I'm in my bedroom.
Katische:Oh, hello. What's your name? Grace. Hi, Grace.
Katie:Hello. How old are you? I'm three. You're three? Yeah. Where's my mummy? She was singing to me.
Katische:She might have just stepped out of the room for a minute, do you think? I think so. I
Katie:think I'm supposed to go to sleep now. Oh, shh. Don't tell them I'm here. I'm too happy. I think I'm too happy to go to
Katische:sleep. Why are you so happy? I've had a lovely day. Have you? What have you been doing? I've been playing with my friends. Have you?
Katie:I
Katische:went
Katie:to my friend's
Katische:birthday party. Oh, and did she turn three too? She did. She did. Not two, three. Three. Three, okay. You said, did she turn three too? I know, I don't know what I was thinking. See, she's three. She's three, and what's her name? Her name's Chloe. Chloe. And what did you do for her birthday? Cake. Cake, you ate cake. I like cake. We
Katie:ate lots of cake, and we played party games. And we had lots of sweets and lots of
Katische:yummy food. What was your favourite? The cake. What kind of cake? Did it taste of chocolate? Chocolate cake. Oh, but we, I'm supposed
Katie:to go to sleep now, but I think it's because I'm so excited. I'm tired.
Katische:I'm tired, but I can't sleep. Okay. Sometimes when you talk to somebody, You're reading yourself a story and you relay it back in your mind, it helps you settle. Okay. Yeah, you could Do you want to tell me a story? Oh, I don't have any stories to tell you, but you could we could start with once upon a time and you could fill it in like once upon a time. There was a little girl called Grace who lived with
Katie:her mommy and daddy
Katische:and her big brother. Ah, and where did she live? In a house. In a house. In a house. And did she have any brothers or sisters? I got a big brother. A big brother. How big is he? This big. That big? Bigger than me. Bigger than you? And does he normally live at home with you? Yeah. Yeah? He's in the other room. The other room? Oh, you've got a room to yourself. He's got his own room and I've got my own room. I'm a big girl. You're a big girl. And is he like eight or something? Ten? Six. Six? Six. Thanks. He's six and I'm three.
Katie:And you're three. And soon I'll be four. Oh, very soon. I was three not long ago, before my friend was three.
Katische:Oh, okay. And it
Katie:might be a long time, yeah.
Katische:Okay.
Katie:And is your bed still
Katische:there? After Christmas. After Christmas?
Katie:After
Katische:Christmas,
Katie:after Easter Bunny, then it's my birthday.
Katische:Ah, and do you love your bedroom?
Katie:Yeah, it's got lots of toys.
Katische:Ah. Lots of pink. Lots of pink? I love pink! And do you have a pink, what's on your bed? Have you got pink sheets or a pink cover? Lots of pink everywhere.
Katie:I'm a princess.
Katische:You're a princess. And that's what daddy says, that's what my daddy calls me, princess. Princess. Do you have big fluffy pillows or a little pillow? Little fluffy pillows. Do you have any teddies or anything you take to bed with you?
Katie:Yeah, I got lots of
Katische:teddies. I got a favorite bunny. Your favorite bunny. And my Bunny's pink too. Your Bunny's pink too.. Does Bunny have a name? Bunny's name is Bunny. Bunny's name is Bunny. And do you have dolls as well, or are you more of a soft toy person? I got a baby doll. Got a baby doll? Baby doll
Katie:that I pretend is my baby.
Katische:Ah.
Katie:Pretend is my baby sister. Because I don't have a sister. You
Katische:don't
Katie:have a sister? No. Would you like a sister? Yeah. Because I've got a
Katische:brother, but my friend has sisters and I don't have a
Katie:sister. Oh.
Katische:Do you ever take baby doll to bed or do you just take the soft toys to bed? Sometimes I take her to bed, but she's not
Katie:here tonight.
Katische:Okay. Because
Katie:she's too hard and she hurts.
Katische:Yes. And do you live in a house, is your bedroom on the same floor as mummy and daddy's kitchen Bedroom? Yeah. Everybody's bedroom is on the same floor. Okay. And, mummy and daddy have got a big bedroom with a big four poster bed. Ooh, four poster bed. That's like a princess bed. I like, yeah, I like bouncing on it. I've got a little princess bed. Do you? So you've got posts on yours? Yeah, I've got a
Katie:mini princess bed.
Katische:Do you have the curtain thing that you put on? Yeah, pink curtains. Oh, do you? Do you want to see? You can tell me about them, describe them. They're pink and
Katie:some whites and pink and they've got all the frills and it's the same bed as the princess.
Katische:And do you have something on the floor like a carpet or is it floor wooden floors or I've got pink fluffy rugs
Katie:goodness me yeah and i've got a little a little den over there oh is that like a secret bit Like my daddy made it and I play in, in, I hide underneath it. They hide and seek and they don't know I'm there. Sometimes I read under there. I get my books out. But I can't really read, but I pretend to read. Yeah. I like making stories with pictures on the books, but I can't read yet like
Katische:my brother can read. Sometimes he's horrible because I can't read yet. Oh, that's all right, but you'll grow into it. You'll learn how to read in your own good time. But sometimes the imagination is better, isn't it?
Katie:Yeah, because I can make up my own stories.
Katische:That's right.
Katie:And they're
Katische:better than the ones he reads. I'm sure they are. Do you think that in, when you're a big girl you'd like to write your own stories? Yeah, that'd be fun. But what kind of adventures would you have in your storybooks if you were writing them? I think about
Katie:princesses. Princesses!
Katische:So you'd write about princesses for other little girls to read? Yeah, that sounds good. Sounds lovely, doesn't it? What kind of names would the princesses in your story have, do you think?
Katie:Princess Grace and Princess Chloe and Princess All my friends names.
Katische:Lovely. And what kind of adventures do you think that we go on? Do princesses go on adventures? Or do they I think so. I think we go on holidays. On holidays.
Katie:And the princes take, us on holidays. Do they? Wow. We are singing and we are dancing and we are making sandcastles. And doing all princess things and eating chocolate cake.
Katische:Do you like singing? Yeah. Do you have a favourite song?
Katie:I like lots of songs. Today we sang Happy Birthday to you.
Katische:That's a good song, isn't it? It makes everybody feel happy when they sing Happy Birthday.
Katie:Yeah.
Katische:Yeah,
Katie:we sing that song a lot because it's lots of people's birthdays
Katische:nearly every day. Oh really? You must have a lot of friends. And then I get chocolate cake quite a lot. Do you? It's good to have lots of friends with birthdays. Are you starting to feel tired? Oh sorry. I like other songs as well, do you?
Katie:Twinkle, twinkle little star, how I wonder what you are. I like that one.
Katische:That's nice, it's a, it's like a nice. Mummy just sang to me.
Katie:Did she? Mummy sang to me before I went, I say before I went to sleep, but I'm not asleep yet. But she sang, was singing me to sleep and I was falling asleep and then I woke up again. Ah, that's lovely. It was probably me.
Katische:Do you? I think you. Did you wake me up? I don't know. Maybe I'm in your dream or how do you? Am I
Katie:dreaming? I'm not
Katische:sure. Oh, I think I'm tired now. Yeah. All right, Gracie. How about, you sing yourself to sleep then, darling? It was lovely to meet you. And you. Hope you not have sweet dreams about all your adventures with your other princess friends.
Katie:Thank you. Bye. Bye. Bye. Bye. La, happy birthday to you, night. Night
Katische:Is there an angel there to talk to you and take you to a new place?
Katie:I can see an angel floating. I think we're going that way. Okay. I
Katische:think it's taken me to a healing room. Okay, lovely. It's always lovely to be in that healing room, isn't it? Yeah. I can see
Katie:now there's a white
Katische:room
Katie:with a bed. I need to lay
Katische:down my weary head. All right. You just lay down. We just relax and enjoy that healing and maybe while you are doing that and relaxing and getting healing from the angels, we might check to see if the highest self wishes to come in to say hello.
Katie:Hello! Hello! Nice
Katische:to see you. And
Katie:you.
Katische:That were two delightful memories. Weren't they? I hope we didn't get Grace in trouble with her mummy. I don't think so. She was fun, wasn't she? She was fun. I did particularly like how Katie, Carrie, and I, in her lifetime loves pink and grace loved pink. Definitely crossovers
Katie:there.
Katische:There are definitely
Katie:crossovers. And, the castle was a castle that Katie once dreamed about in this lifetime. Did she? We, showed her this castle in a dream, where she was flying and this castle was one of the places that she flew across and she researched it to find out Where it was because it was clear in the dream.
Katische:Wow, okay.
Katie:And it was in Wales, so
Katische:that's interesting. Has Katie ever been to Wales?
Katie:Yes, but not there.
Katische:And why is it interesting that it was in Wales? No, it's interesting that the same castle from a dream showed up. Oh, okay, so you didn't know that in advance. No. Sometimes I don't quite understand the level of involvement in the, of the higher self in dictating or helping the people in these sessions to choose the memories. Can you explain a bit? We, I didn't choose that for her. It just appeared. It just appeared? It just appeared. And then when she said it was in Wales. I knew she'd had that dream. And why do you think she had that dream in this lifetime as Katie? Because she's experienced it in the past lifetime. I understand that, but what I mean is sometimes when we, do dream, have dreams and they are from a past lifetime, what is the purpose of that dream? Is it an emotional healing or is this, do we have dreams like that because there's something for us to remember? What's the usual reason that a dream would come up in the subconscious mind? Because she was supposed to
Katie:recognize it. It was a dream where she had, there were lots of places in present lifetime that she visited in that dream, but there were a couple of places that she hadn't, but she was supposed to recognize that they were real places and not just a figment of her imagination. Okay. We were trying to give her small glimpses of Katie has avoided past life regression for a long time. And at that point, that was Probably 10 years ago that dream, so we were trying to give her little nudges towards past life regression, but she wasn't having any of it.
Katische:Yeah, she was very afraid, wasn't she? She wasn't. Yeah,
Katie:she wasn't ready.
Katische:Yeah, and
Katie:you're Trying to drop in her dreams, among the dreams of all of the visions of the places she did recognize, some things that were really clear, but she didn't recognize. That would make her question and maybe want to go down the rabbit hole of past lives, but she wasn't ready for it until she met you,
Katische:right? But she never got the urge to go to the castle like sometimes for me personally. I know that. Yeah, she did. She did want to go to the castle. She did.
Katie:Yeah,
Katische:because I've done it the back way around. I've visited places and then realized they were past lives by doing regressions. No, she hasn't been there yet and I think she does still want to go there. Lovely. And I like the fact that you showed her a happy memory in her dream first. So that she would be less frightened. Because that was a very happy memory, that castle. Yes, it was, yeah. But in the dream I think she was a bit,
Katie:the dream years ago she was frightened because the dream was of her flying in the
Katische:sky across all of these places. So would you classify as that? Yeah. Was, would you classify that as like astral traveling or was it dreaming? Dreaming. It was a dream, but she was astral traveling. Yeah. Okay. Yeah. But she didn't know that. Because she had no awareness of spiritual, she didn't, she didn't begin to go to spiritual circles at that point. So she wasn't open as much to spiritual things at that point. She didn't know what astral traveling was. Yes, I can understand that completely. And do you think that Grace came through because Katie has been talking about, I did see one post on her social media about writing children's books. Yes. And her
Katie:inner child wants to come out and play more.
Katische:So
Katie:maybe she loves spending time. She loves spending time with her grandchildren who have been saying, Nanny Katie, when will you write your children's books for us? Yeah, I think, the inner child was ready to come out and play.
Katische:And that's interesting because I would already think of Katie as a very playful, happy, singing a
Katie:Especially when she's around the grandchildren, but with, in her work, it's a bit more serious than the books that she's doing. And so, a bit of guidance in a nudge towards those more playful creations.
Katische:Do you have anything else that you'd like to say, about that?
Katie:We also,
Katische:tried to point her in the direction of doing that writing children's books years ago.
Katie:Okay.
Katische:A lot of years ago before she had grandchildren. So she completed courses in writing children's books, but she never actually did it. And we've been trying to nudge her in that direction. No, I didn't know that. She's got very many courses and talents, that lady.
Katie:She has a course for everything. So do you think that, Many certifications. Yeah. Many certifications from the theme of not feeling
Katische:ready yet or not good enough yet over the years. Oh, no, it drives me nuts a bit, to be honest. So many people, not just Katie.
Katie:Yeah, isn't that a theme with lots of conscious people trying to rise and create and then
Katische:stay stuck. And do you think that the inner child is a way to navigate around that so that they express naturally rather than think, I have to be a grown up and get this piece of paper and the inner child sort of circumnavigates that and says, Yes, that's what's been, that's what's missing, isn't it? Yeah. Because the books can be quite serious that she's been doing. So this could provide a nice balance. Yeah. It can be all, it can be all fun and joy.
Katie:That's why she jumped on, the sessions with you because the word joy, and we nudged her with
Katische:that direction. And do you think that these children's books need to be like, Cause they're just, are they just for her to write for her children, grandchildren or are they like, No,
Katie:These are for, other children because she can educate younger children around emotions and wellbeing from an early age.
Katische:So the only, the example that I know of is And
Katie:educate the parents at the same time as she's educating the children.
Katische:Yes, that sounds like it's a good idea. So it's like storytelling, but they've got spiritual concepts in them?
Katie:They could be not necessarily because they would want to cover a wide, a wide audience. So there will be spiritual concepts underneath, underneath the book, but they would be more widely read.
Katische:Okay. So it
Katie:wasn't so obvious.
Katische:Yeah, so yeah, that was what my question was.
Katie:The mindfulness theme and the emotional well being theme. Ah, yeah. The playful and joyful.
Katische:Okay, yep, okay. Because I was just contrasting. With lots of nature. With lots of
Katie:nature.
Katische:Involved in it, which is a spiritual book. Lovely. Everybody loves nature. Yes. Yes. Children especially. And can Katie draw or would she get an artist to do that? No, she, does have access to some illustrators though. She does. She knows so many, she knows so many people, I can't keep up with it.
Katie:We've been, working on her connections, have you noticed?
Katische:And, the inner child does come out in her poetry too, doesn't it? Absolutely. But some of the poetry songs underneath our poetry. Yes, I almost sing them when I read them. They're going to evolve. Okay, yeah. Okay. And, and go through for all of them on purpose. Funny that. And this movie business, which is. Oh yes. Was something that we thought. Again
Katie:That was your, fault, Ketishe.
Katische:She's done one little section in a movie, but there seems to be. One little section in a big movie. I haven't seen it yet, so I don't know how big it is. It will be big. Fairly big for Katie. So I guess from my perspective, sometimes I say to myself, I have too many tabs open in my mind with all these adventures that I want to have in this lifetime. How do you make sure that you don't become overwhelmed if you're somebody like Katie who is poetry and books for kids that have got these mindfulness ideas and then movies and then all these grownup books, like how do you have, how does one receive guidance in terms of not burning yourself out? With all these projects,
Katie:We've been, guiding her to rest slots in between and compartmentalizing her
Katische:projects and her emotions so that she doesn't get overwhelmed. And she's done a lot of inner work and emotional work, and the whole experience of starting with the publishing going through all of those projects. has been a huge learning curve for Katie because she's had to work with how she's felt in different areas of those projects. How she's felt with different people that have come in and,
Katie:supported her with the projects, people, some people that haven't worked out and some people that have been wonderful, but then, may have not been there by the time of projects. come to completion. And then all of the different, all of the different personalities that have come into the books. And there's been a journey with Katie to, manage her body and her emotions
Katische:throughout all of those projects. So that, that she's been building these Building blocks of how much she
Katie:can manage at a time. As time's gone on, she's managing more and more. There were times when she would, Be involved in one book launch, and then she would not be looking at anything else so she wouldn't be bringing in any new people or
Katische:she would just be focused on this one project way after it's completed and then she'd need to rest for weeks and weeks, but she's evolved so that she's She can complete one and then take a short rest and move on to the next one. So she's, the evolution has been throughout these projects. I noticed that because she's got two books on the go at the moment, the poetry and the New Akashic one.
Katie:Yeah, so she just completed Becoming the Manifesting Diva. It's not even finished yet, because she's still got the paperback and the hardback to release. And she's already decided that she's going to launch the poetry book. Rather than wait and wait until the poetry book's ready, she made the decision they will give it a date.
Katische:So she's moving things quickly,
Katie:and she's got other things that she wants to create. That are, easier so she doesn't have to, be there
Katische:all the time.
Katie:So lots of recorded, things that she wants to create as well. So she can do them, they'll be there, so she can support people through those creations without having to be there all the time.
Katische:Yes, on the Penn site page, right? It's a page where she's been doing all those, yeah. Yes. It's interesting, I popped in unexpectedly into that poetry one, I didn't think I had a poem in me, but ah
Katie:We dropped that in for you.
Katische:Who knows, it's always a lot of surprise for me. Zeesh has
Katie:lots of words of wisdom. Ah,
Katische:so is there anything else that you would like to share with us about? happiness for the soul of Katie, while she continues to heal and, any other words of wisdom that you have, because she'll say this when we review it in the third session.
Katie:Yes, she needs to continue to prioritize loving herself first and following her bliss. Is there anything else?
Katische:Continue to appreciate and enjoy the creations and let go of anything that Doesn't fill her with joy. To be choosy about who she does collaborate with. Yes, because it's got to be the like energy, doesn't it? Absolutely. Cause it felt as though for a while there, she was focused on certain numbers of authors that she felt that she wanted to have. And I've noticed that now she's launching books with less authors. And I think that maybe that she might've been worried about that, but that I think that's more solidifying the energy of who's a good match. Do you interpret it that way?
Katie:aZ8NagmjfIwg some of those authors dropped out, so there were more. But something's happened in their lives that they didn't, they weren't there at the end.
Katische:But that's not for her to worry about. But yeah, they were
Katie:definitely, everyone was definitely a good match that was in that book.
Katische:Yeah in general, do you know what I mean? It's not like a, Katie must have 27 authors. It's more of a being selective. Yeah. Yeah. And when she finishes this energy healing with the angels, will she be wanting to wake up or will she be wanting to do one more moment? How do you feel she's tracking in terms of energy? I think she, will be ready to wake up to go to bed in real life. Yep. Okay. All right. How's she going with that healing now?
Katie:Yeah, she's complete.
Katische:Okay. Thank you so much for popping in today and we will chat to you in the next session perhaps. You're very welcome. Okay. Thank you. Bye bye. Bye. All right. Now, Katie, I believe your healing is complete. Oh, I didn't even get to, I was going to start shaking you back in. You're already awake. That was fast. Okay. Your higher self just said you need to tottle off to bed. She's probably right. So we will say thank you and we will not talk about anything because we want you to go off and hop into bed and have a lovely sleep. Thank you, Katische okay, Katie. Thanks very much. Have a good dream. Night Bye.
new outro with music:No,
